I left my job at AT&T in April 2010. As a result of being paid sales commissions up front, at the time of my departure I owed commissions back. AT&T garnished my final paychecks for about $2500. ($625 taken from my last 4 checks) There is a balance I owe back of $8500. My lawyer is filing my petition end of this week and I am looking to have the $8500 discharged. What are the chances AT&T will fight my discharge and on what grounds might they win? Thank you!
