Birth of baby during chapter 13

We are expecting in summer of 2016, and currently in a Chapter 13.

We were above the median income for a family of 3 when filing, but below the median income for a family of 4.

Because of the extra deductions, we will be under the median for a family of 4. Can we convert to a Chapter 7, or lower our payments?
