Long story short, The law firm that did my Ch13 , Sued Transunion , Today I get a phone call from one of the attorneys . He said TU wants to settle.
I will get $5000 . Happy Happy me Then I remind him I am not in a 100% plan and still have 3 more payments to go.
SO now I get to give the $5000 to the Trustee. WIN some/ LOSE some

At least someone is making sure that creditors, and credit reporting agencies, are held accountable. The creditors that violate the automatic stay or permanent injunction should always be held accountable and should pay damages when they are found to have violated either.
