Hi DMC - I've alwys say it couldn't hurt. Might just let you see what the court says is going on And for what you'ld be looking at, it wouldn't cost anything. I know you wouldn't do massive searching.
Hi DMC, as sophieanne said, it definitely would not hurt. I can honestly say it helped me a lot. For a while, there were no updates in Pacer for me. But right after I made my last payment, things like Plan Complete Letter, Certification in Support of Discharge, etc until finally my Order of Discharge showed up. I couldn't see that type of info in NDC other than just when it changed plan status to Completed and date last updated.
