As you pay 3-5 years on a chapter 13, what do the attorney costs usually come to in total for a full completion of a 13 from beginning to end?

This is actually a District-specific question. Many Districts set the fee that an attorney can charge for your case. There are also other factors that may make a particular case more costly. Even then, the attorney must get their fees approved by the court. Some Districts actually publish the "no look" or standard fees that an attorney may charge.
