In ch 13 going to a ch 7 monday need help

I own a corp. On monday I am going to a Ch 13 to a Ch 7. However I have 4 partners It is a S Corp. What will happen to my % in the corp. I am selling my % to my partners monday. Will the court take the $$$ when they find out from my partners?????

If you can't exempt the money under some exemption scheme, then it is property of the Bankruptcy Estate. I hope you're working with an attorney on this.

i am working with an attorney. well see its complicated. i actually own 49% and theres another 51% but the estate there is 4 other partners of this certain enterprise.
