Lack of Claims from unsecured creditors

we have a lot of creditors that did not file claims, we are 9 months into a 3 year 10% plan, according to the 13 data center the trustee has paid out the 10% portion in claims that were filed, what happens to the rest of the money that I have to keep paying in for the next 2+ years? Do the unsecured creditors get more? Any help to answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, you keep paying until the 36 months are up (with the unsecured creditors receiving more).

As NB2 states, you pay your percentage pot or up to 100% of all allowed claims, which ever comes LAST. If you pay off all allowed claims, 100%, in less than 36 months the plan will end early, otherwise you are stuck for the 36 months.
