    What should I be doing?

I asked a question on another thread about a letter I got...a poster responded about policing claims...what is that? and how do I do that, with Pacer?..We have made our first payment and my court date is in a couple weeks...So what exactly should I be doing...I figured the lawyer would handle everything....

Policing claims means reviewing claims that are filed and filing objections to any invalid claims. I assume the attorney does this by comparing claims to the debts he is aware of. You can police claims yourself by getting a PACER account so you can see the claims that are filed.
