What Does Z-Pending in NDC Case Status?

June 30th will be 5 year mark since we filed ch13. All payments are, and have always been paid up-to-date. All secured (Home, and Vehicles) have been paid outside the plan as per agreement because we were never late before filing. Only Unsecured getting their percentage through the trustee, and payment through payroll deduction.

Just checked NDC and under Case status reads : Case Status : Z-Pending

What are the steps left for full completion, and what kind of timeline are we looking at?

We went to CCCS, and attended an Creditor Counseling session that was required by the court before we filed, and immediately after we filed. Will we need to attend another?

Thanks, and have read some Excellent Knowledge share from you great Folks!

    Welcome to BKforum,

I don't know what z-pending means. But, I did a google search and found one reference to "Z-closing pending". So, that's a good sign.

You do not need to take a 3rd course. Depending on local procedures, you may need to file a certification that you took the 2nd class and a statement that you don't have any delinquent domestic upport obligations. You may also need to file a petition for discharge. Contact your attorney to find out what needs to be done.
