I hope you're right LITR, from what little experience I have with this sort of thing, I think my case is a simple straight forward one. Whats peculiar to me is that the first attorney I contacted about my case Strongly suggested I file ch13 and I'm not sure why he went that way because Icouldn't afford any type of payments. I tried the means test and I'm so far under its not even funnyComment

Well...............my 341 didn't go as smooth as I expected, the trustee wants me to submit several months bank of statements, I'm guessing to track $$$$'s from the sale of my former house. I'm gonna go over it with my attorney in a few days.
What are some of the options a trustee has? Can they reject you as a ch 7 candidate and mandate a ch 13 ? Theres no way I could make payments....Comment
