    Creditors List

I'm just curious - is this normal ? When we had a lawyer, they used Credit Karma to list our creditors.

So long as you use some reliable source to obtain a list of "all" your creditors. Using Credit Karma is free, so that's why your attorney probably used them. Some attorneys use the major reporting agencies since some of the attorney software, such as Best Case Bankruptcy, can automatically import those reports and create the credit list and fill in a lot of the forms.

This is the first I have read that an attorney is using Credit Karma. Typically, the attorney charges you a fee (well,it's already baked into their no-look flat fee which they charge you) which includes obtaining a credit report (usually a tri-bureau).
