    Long past 60 days...no discharge??

I have been watching Pacer...still not discharged. Huh?

The last item on the case was the trustee determination that it was a no assets case. Late September.

What does it mean to be "in the 60 days club"? When does it start?

I thought that the discharge was nearly automatic 60 days after the 341. 60 days? Long since passed.
Is there something else I should be looking up on Pacer? I just pull the status...it says pending...nothing else.

    What am I missing?

60 days is the deadline for creditors to object to discharge. Procedures and the timeline for getting the discharge vary by court.

I'm confused. You said in this thread that your case was discharged and were asking about reopening your case to list a creditor. What's going on?

$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
