Hi am currently a stay-at-home mom. I live with my boyfriend and our daughter. I do not work and my boyfriend is supporting me and our daughter. I am about 33,000 in credit card debt. My boyfriend makes pretty good money each month (he makes more than the median income for household of 3) He pays all the bills including my cellphone and car insurance. He also have his own bills, car, cellphone, credit card etc. Since I have to include his income in my filing, I am afraid I won't qualify for BK.

Since you are not married, you doubt have to include all of his income, only what he contributes to your household. I am not sure how that works in your situation and where the line is drawn between your household and his. You need to talk to some bankruptcy attorneys. Most give free consultations.
