Hello and a question

My name is Chris and I have been lurking around this site for about 4 months. I filed for bankruptcy May 2016 for about 32000 in debt. I had my 341 meeting in June and I am awaiting my discharge. My question to the people here is where do I look on PACER to find out if a creditor filed an objection. I am kind of nervous because my lawyer filed my petition before me 90 days were up. Thanks for your help.

I am pretty sure that would show up on the docket report.

Creditor objections are pretty rare. What kind of charges are you worried about and how much did you charge to a single creditor within 90 days of filing?

Well I had one credit card with about 1200 on it, some luxury and 2200, some luxury, but the day for a creditor to object has come and gone it was the 21st of Aug. Now I am waiting on my discharge, just wondering how long that will take.

It really varies by court, but usually not long after the 60 day objection period ends.
