somewhere on this site i came across a letter(s) individuals can send to their creditors indicating they have filled, has anyone seen this or have on of their own they can share?

Also a friend of mine missed 4 creditors in her bankruptcy package, can she file an amendment?

Here goes nothing..

Just go into PACER and take the "Notice of Bankruptcy" (In PACER under Notice of Bankruptcy Case Filing.

Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
