    bank ?

    my best friend filed friday her bank account was closed b/c of overdrawn fees can she open an account since she applied for bankruptcy
    Here goes nothing..

    She may have trouble getting a bank account. She needs to immediately tgo open an account somewhere before all the credit files and things are updated! She may already be in trouble due to the overdrawn account being potentially reported to ChexSystem.

      so i thought also, i am in check froma bad check i wrote at 19 {i an 26, now} and it was hard for me.
      Here goes nothing..
