Legal Fees for Motion to vacate auto stay

I filed Chapter 7 in June and now wait for the discharge.
My lender, Freddie Mac, recently filed Motion to vacate the auto stay in order to continue the foreclosure precedure. That is fine to me because I am surrendering the property. But they also were asking the court to make me to pay for the legal fee of $550 related to this Motion. Is this normal and will the court allow this? Please advise.

They are not seeking recovery of legal fees against you personally. The provision in the Motion is "boiler plate" and will be added to the amount due for the "lien". When you surrender you surrender in total and there is no personal liability.

Thanks. I don't need to be worried.

Hmmm. Greedy. My fees for a motion to lift stay were only $500 ($350 + $150 filing fee). Just carrion birds picking at the carcass.
filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!
