    Citi Mortgage

I just thought of something. Our 1st mortgage is with Citi Mortgage. When we file our CH 7... hopefully by the end of this month... we'll be including two Citi credit cards.

Do you think Citi Mortgage will react to this in any way?

I don't think Citi Mortgage will react at all. Especially if you keep on paying. They also may not even know what the other department (most likely a seperate company, may not even share data) is doing. We had 3 flavors of citi cards, home depot, etc. and after we filed the citi calls slowed but didn't stop. I called them up and they said, "oh ok, we have your bk listed in 2 of the 3 accounts, let me fix that". One hand doesn't know what the other is doing.

Citi held the second mortgage on our primary home. When we went into 13 2 1/2 years ago they filed a secured claim. Since then, we have had 5 motions before the court for plan modifications and have now converted to a 7.

NOT one PEEP from them. Not a word... nothing.

Wish the local bank who held the primary had taken the same approach.
