What happens to you hoa if you still in chapter 7? They keep still billing me

As others will post, you are responsible for all HOA dues, fees, assessments that come due after your filing date and up to the time the property is lost to a foreclosure or the title is transferred (until you are no longer the titled owner). Any HOA dues, fees, assessments that were due as of your filing date are part of your bk and subject to your Chapter 7 discharge. The HOA should only be billing you for post petition assessments.
