Our 341 is now continued until March 4th to give our attorney time to revise/amend/correct the filing. The corrections and explanations to the filing were requested by the US Assistant Trustee. As of now, with the new meeting on the calendar for March, has the 60 day countdown started or will it start on March 4th assuming that the Trustee agrees with the plan and we can stay in a Chapter 7?

The 60 days is from the first scheduled 341. But, the trustee could request an extension of the 60 days if he/she needs more time to review the amendments.
I'm not sure what you mean by "plan" since you are in a Chap 7.

When we filed, we were border line on the means test. The attorney was trying to get it through as a 7 but because it was close and with the amount of errors on the forms, it could go either way and we could be forced into a Chapter 13.Comment
