    Pacer Help

    Hi all,

I was wondering how I could check Pacer in regards to my case? Is it free?

    Welcome to Bkforum, bigscott!

Please take some time to read the stickies at the top of each forum to make sure your questions aren't answered there. The following two stickies will more than answer your question:

    LadyInTheRed is in the black!
Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

Hi bigscott: Welcome to the Forum. LadyInTheRed has given you a couple of very good links to peruse.

PACER is a good tool to use, but you do have to be careful. If you click on a link and open up a page to read, you will be charged. It used to be $0.08 a page, but now it is $0.10 a page.

Yes, but if your charges are less than $15 in a quarter, the charges are waived. The new quarter started 7-1.
Chapter 7, above median, no asset. Discharged with no UST involvement.
