Just wondering will Paypal approve me for a credit card my discharge from bankruptcy was 10/13. Also what bank backs their credit card? Just wondering if anyone had any feedback from paypal. Thanks

PayPal is backed by GE Consumer Retail Bank (GECRB). They issue the PayPal Extras MasterCard (MC) credit card and the PayPal SmartConnect (SC) line of credit. GECRB is known to be very bankruptcy friendly, even when you BK their accounts.
When you apply for the MC, you are actually applying for the MC "or" the SC. If you don't qualify for MC, they will issue the SC line of credit (tied to a PayPal account).
