Discharged!
I received my Discharge Of Debtor today effective as of 7/14/14.
I sincerely thank all those here at BK Forum who were so very supportive during this difficult time.
(I surely would have been sent to the funnyfarm without you).
The only thing that remains is the house. I will be talking to the bank about a possible Deed in Lieu. Otherwise I am hoping for a quick foreclosure.
