    indiana and firearms.

I am getting ready to file in april or may when my 2 years is up on a house i sold. I have a few firearms and am wondering if i need to claim this on my bk or is it exempt. How does a firearm play on a indiana bk chapter 7.

I don't believe that Indiana has an explicit firearm exemption. (There are some States that exempt at least 1 firearm!) So, that means you'd have to use part of your Wildcard exemption to cover the firearm(s). If they are expensive firearms, then you'll be eating up a bunch of your wildcard exemption.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
