    Trustee Objection To Exemption

If the Trustee objects to an exemption and it goes before the judge and the trustee wins, do I have to pay the trustee's attorney fees?

Just out of curiosity. . . What did you claim an exemption in?

Trustee has 30 days from the date of your 341 to object to an exemption. If you have no "colorable" argument to continue to claim the exemption and try to fight it, it is always possible that a Judge will hit you with "Rule 11" sanctions. See Rule 9011, Fed. R. Bank. P.
