Will I get a 1099?

Hello..

I surrendered a home with an ex in my 2010 chapter 13 filing and it finally foreclosed in October, 2014. I think it has sold as of Feb 1 this year as it is no longer listed and the bank finally paid the outstanding sewer and trash liens. Any idea on if/when I will receive a 1099? Am I ok to file my 2014 taxes?

If the debt was discharged in BK, you shouldn't get a 1099-C. But many creditors send them anyway. I would go ahead and file the my return. You can always amend later if the do send one.
