Nevada Bankruptcy. I just filed Chapter 11 Individual Bankruptcy a week ago. During the past few months, things have been difficult and I have a number of items in a pawn shop. I know I am not suppose to pay creditors but can't seem to find anything on pawn shops. Should I pay the pawn shops on the basis if I don't that I would lose the equity in the items or would the bankrutcy stop them from selling the items? The total amount is about $1,000 in total loans.
