      Which Exemptions to Use

For people who have moved within the last two years and aren't sure what state's exemptions to use this site gives a good overview of the process. By my count 29 states require you to be a resident (or be domiciled there-i.e. live there) when you file.

There are a few good links out there, but the only way to be safe is to consult an attorney regarding the law.
