question on childs bank account

Our 4 year old has a savings account. Just for his birthday money, etc.
My wife's name is on the account with him, but not mine. I am filing BK on my own. Is that account considered an asset in regards to the BK case?

New Hampshire is not a community property State so I see no problem. However, I would run this by my attorney to make sure that it won't be a problem.
