Having been through a 341 meeting in January it was weird to see this on the news this morning:

The woman acquitted of murdering her daughter claimed $792,000 in liabilities.

The timing is suspect, She cannot write a book until this stuff is behind her, apparently her attorney was putting a judgment on her which she needed to get rid, so He could not get the money from her book deal.

The BK will put the financial part of her past behind her but she will never be able to rid herself of her personal past. Even if she makes a lot of money off her book deal, I think that is all she will ever see over her lifetime. Who would want to hire her for anything?
