Question ING banking/ 401K

Now that Capital One 360 is ING what will happen when Capital One is dismissed in bankruptcy? Will they take my 401K and banking funds?

Can someone recommend an online bank with debit card?

Your 401K is an exempt asset.
There should be no issue with the bank account as long as you properly exempted the funds on your schedules.
