2 years and 3 months later i get this

After my ch. 7 being closed and discharged i get notified by email from my attorney of a Motion to reopen mu case by a creditor.
Cut and Pasted.....Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 107(c) and FRBP 9037 to Restrict Access to Filed Documents Containing Personal Data Identifiers

What the heck is this? Should I be concerned. Still waiting for my atty. to get back to me.

It sounds like the creditor filed something with the court that contained confidential information. Your SSN maybe. They want to have the info removed, but your case has to be reopened first. It is nothing to worry about.
