Isn't it interesting? Your creditors threaten you with foreclosure, but they don't actually want to get involved with one? I say that you stay as long as you can. I don't know what else to say!

My attorney tells me to stay until they throw me out.
Today I got another letter from the HOA threatening a lien and foreclosure.
I sign my bankruptcy petition tomorrow and it will be interesting to see how all parties react after that.Comment
