    2010 is going to be MY year!

    I went to Pacer just now and look what I found!

    I'm done!!!

    I want to thank everyone for all of the information they have given me. I couldn't have gotten through all of the paperwork without having my questions answered by everyone.

    If anyone has any reservations about filing a straight Chapter 7 on your own, my advice is to do it without an attorney. Even though it took me awhile to get all of the paperwork done, I wouldn't have been able to file for a long time if I had to pay an attorney. And after reading the information on this web site, I didn't find it difficult at all. I wasn't too nervous about my 341 since I read other members experiences on this website.

    I just started my new job this past Monday and even got a small raise on Wednesday since the position has been reclassed higher, so the discharge is just the icing on the cake for me!

    I guess it's going to be a long weekend cleaning up my credit report.
