    Probably not before the 341 as that does not give the Trustee enough time to do his due diligence in investigating. But, once he does and if he agrees to the abandonment, once abandoned, always abandoned.

      There were a few other things that turned me into an asset case, and as des has stated, every case will be different.

          Talked to my bk attorney today and he said he was comfortable with me incorporating the day after filing.
          He did not think the trustee would have any problem with this as I did not own the company on the day of filing.
