    60th day deadline...

I think I understand that creditors or the UST can object on the 60th day. However, wouldn't they have to object before the courts close at 5? I hear they have until 1159PM but how would that work when the courts close at 5PM? How would hey get their paperwork in if the courts are closed?

Again, you need to stop stressing over this unless you know you did something wrong - which I doubt.

How do things get filed after the court closes? The court never closes when one can file things electronically. I can sit at my computer and hit a button at 11:58 p.m. and have what I just filed docketed at 11:59 p.m.

    Des.
