    Help with order

I logged into Pacer and found this order what does this mean. We were discharged 7/10/14.

This was an asset case where we had 1/3 interest in family farm. We paid our 1/3 interest into the court.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER EQUITY INTEREST
    Comes now,
Trustee in bankruptcy for the above estate and hereby moves this
Court to enter an order which approves an equity transfer
    to ___
    and
    pay into the
bankruptcy estate the sum of $xxxx.00
    that allowing "us"

to purchase the equity in this
    property for the sun of
    $xxxx.00
is in the best interest of the bankruptcy estate.

Does this mean, I owe more money to the trustee or are they giving us back a portion of what we paid as our share of the property?

It looks to me like it is a request for a court order approving your purchase of the property from the BK estate. It's a formality and nothing to worry about as long as the terms are consistent with your understanding of the terms of your purchase.

$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
