mortgage lenders willing to work with CH13?

Hello all!
Can anyone recommend a mortgage company willing to finance a payoff for our CH13? We should have enough equity to buyout our CH13, but not sure who will finance this transaction.
We live in Colorado and our property is in Nebraska.

Welcome to BK Forum, Annie - glad you found us! Refinancing during Ch 13 is a big challenge, especially with the downturn in the housing market and recent crashes in sub-prime lenders. I don't have any specific lenders to recommend, but there are several mortgage brokers who are members here. Try sending a private message to MTG_BANKER_OH - he's a very reliable mortgage broker - check out some of his posts here in the forums using Advanced Search. Also FreshStart06 is a frequent current poster who is a mortgage broker - she's another excellent source of mortgage information - send her a PM as well.
