yes i have a question about a hard credit pull on cr. my spouse has a cc and has been deliquent for long period of time. can they pull my cr to view my report to view my info? isn't this a violation of FCRA? and who would i contact to possibility of lawsuit?

Are you an authorized user on the card or is the card just in your husband's name and you were not listed as an authorized user? If you are an authorized user, they can pull your reports._________________________________________
