Just closed on our FHA refinance

Our Bk7 was discharged 3 years ago August. We closed on a FHA refinance and I am so thrilled. We had gotten into a very bad ARM and I thought we may have been stuck with it, but we had GREAT broker and I am happy to say we closed on Frday night and evrythng went great

Thanks so much, it was alot of work and we hit a few snags but in the end everything worked out and we are in much better shape because of it.

That is good news! We have an ARM that we will be wanting to shed in 2 years..this gives me hope it can happen for us, too.

Good for you. We do not have an ARM but have a balloon that will come due in 2 years. Hope it can be refinanced!

Thanks all. Yes we got into a BAD mortgage, the 1st was an ARM and the second was fixed ( but high) and had a ballon due in 15 years. I didn't think we would get another chance with a good mortgage but we did. I really think a good broker is key to this, atleast with us it was.
