    mortgage brokers/lenders question

    does anyone know of a good broker or lender that will lend up to 90% of loan or better? trying to keep an eye out and all options open for refi?

        Depending on your loan amount and your credit score. I assume you have filed bk... you need 2-4 years depending on whether it is an FHA or conforming (fannie) loan.

        FHA loans are pretty easy to get, provided you can document your income and assets, and have a steady 2 yr job history.

        Stated loans of any type are history. So are interest only and most ARM products.
        Once you lose everything you're free to do anything.

          i did file. it is 2 years after filing a 13? how much will they loan up to? 90%? more less. just trying to get out from my 5/1 arm loan. Wish bank would just modify.
