mortgage rates after ch 13 discharge?

my ch 13 discharge should be complete next week and my wife and I was wanting to sell our house and buy a new home.We had good credit before the bk which we filed july 2005.We payed our mortgage outside of the bk so we are in good standing with our mortgage co..Currently our credit scores are around 650 and expecting a bump once the discharge is posted. So what sort of interset rates should i expect when we start looking for a mortgage.

Others can perhaps speak more knowledgeably, since my mortgage was FHA insured in March -- two months after discharge -- but I doubt you can get a conventional mortgage so soon after bankruptcy, in any scenario. And, it is generally conventional lenders who vary rate by scores.
FHA-insured loans are the same for all -- with a FICO of 650 or 800 (recommended minimum of 620, though lenders are free to ignore that; few do) -- though some lenders might give a slight benefit (not more than 1/8-point) for a score above 660 or 680. In March, that rate was 5.5%, and it has fluctuated down and up since. I think it's pretty close to 5.5% again.
