Why so many postponments for trustee sale

I am looking over the trustee sales for San Diego over the last couple weeks and about 29 out of 30 of the sales are being postponed. Some for BK but most just say mutual agreement. Any ideas? The moratorium has lifted? Just curious as the inventory on the market is drying up and there are 100's of pending foreclosures on the books?

My guess is that the debtor / original owner is trying to scrape up the cash to keep from losing something. The trustee knows that the original owner will be willing to pay far more than an auction buyer, so he agrees to wait so as to maximize the recovery for the estate. In other words, MO MONEY, MO MONEY, MO MONEY.

Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.
