Does anybody know the names of mortgage lenders who will give you a mortgage after discharge from a chapter 7 without having to wait the required 2 years?

I received a USDA guaranteed mortgage 10 months after discharge. You can find USDA approved lenders online at their website. I wrote all about this in the mortgage forum. -

It is my understanding VA has a 2 year post CH 7 requirement... Were you able to get a VA loan before the 2 years?Filed CH 7 05/06/09

We got a mortgage 16 months after chapter 7 discharge through out local credit union even with our previous house included in the bankruptcy and foreclosed so it can be done.
