I filed BK last year and am wanting to sell my current home and buy a new one. If I have my parent cosign that has perfect credit will I be able to get the best interest rate or will my BK make the rate higher even though I have a cosigner. I guess my question is, will my credit even matter? thank you.

cosigning wont help you. Rates, guidelines and approvals are based on the applicant withthe worst credit history.Comment
