My mortgage broker says things are looking good on a 150k pre approval. I'm 2 years 2 months post BK CH7 . He says there is one thing they are concerned about and it is a customer initiated dispute on an account included in BK. Have you heard of this what can I do. I do not even know what company this is happening for.
