Does anyone know of lenders that will finance 100% on a mfh permanently on land right after closing?

Countrywide is WONDERFUL ! We are closing on our house this Wednesday and we are about 5 months post BK. We are purchasing a home though. I am not sure if Manufactured Homes or Mobile Homes are treated any different.

Most lenders have backed out of the Manufactured homes over the past few years beccause of the higher then average default rate and the marketability of the properties is tough when y ou try and sell.
