          Thanks for posting that Nascar20Fan!

Very interesting to see it all layed out there and see the forward progression!

How is the house hunting going? Did you find a place yet?

Wonderful! That's very exciting! Congrats and good luck! I'm sure you'll get the financing all worked out.

Getting a mortgage isn't an easy task even w/o bankruptcy! They sure make you jump through hoops! But in the end, it's worth every minute!

              Best wishes to you!

Currently, I have a Orchard Mastercard and Tribute Mastercard. Both have a $59 fee, but for now, they are working very well in rebuilding. I would also suggest making sure that all utility bills are paid on time. I know that here [Pittsburgh] Duquesne Light will report yoou as bad if you so much as thnink about missing a payment to them. I send thier money out as soon as I get the bill.

Wow you are doing great for only 2 lines of credit. I'll have to check into Tribute. Does tribute have a lot of upfront fees?

Tribute is pretty bad, similar to aspire & first premier.

Just the $59 annual, but I would suggest dumping them as quick as you can once your back together.

Actually, they are not. First Premiere wants:
                              Account Set-up Fee: $29.00 (one-time fee)
                              Program Fee: $95.00 (one-time fee)
                              Annual Fee: $48.00
                              Participation Fee: $72.00 Annually

I only have the $59 annual fee on Tribute, but my goal is to get rid of both (Tribute & Orchard)once I'm back together.
