My wife and I filed for chapter 7 Bankruptcy in October 2005 and It was discharged in January 2006. We have been trying to fix our credit reports. We have fixed our transunion and Experian reports, all accounts included in bankruptcy now have zero balances. But Equifax will not put the account balances at zero they just leave them blank. In their response to us they say that all they have to put is "account included in bankruptcy". Everything we've read says that all accounts included in bankruptcy should have zero balances. Are blanks for balances okay or should they be zeros? Any ideas would be helpful, THANKS Tgunn991
