Creditor Posted Late Payments
I have a creditor who the last payment I made was June 15th, the date it was due. Always paidon time until July which I did not pay. I filed Chapter 7 BK on Aug. 9th. My payment would not have been 30 days late until the 15th of August. This creditor posted on Sept. 23rd, late 90 days. How should I go about resolving this and getting the correct posting? I have some other creditors posting late payments in excess also. Can they continue to post until late until the disharge? If so everyone would have 90 days late posted on their credit report, due to the 60 day waiting period before discharge. Thanks for any ifo on this subject.
